These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stadium Passport (the "Service"), including our website at thestadiumpassport.com and our web application at app.thestadiumpassport.com. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Stadium Passport is a personal sports venue tracker that lets users log games attended across MLB, NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLS, and USL, including details such as stadium, seat, score, date, notes, and photos. Certain features, including ticket scanning and sharing game memories with other users, may rely on data you choose to upload.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
Stadium Passport offers a free Bronze Pass and paid Silver ($5/year) and Gold ($10/year) passes with additional features. Paid plans are billed annually and automatically renew at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Stadium Passport a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including features you use to share content with other users.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload and must have the rights necessary to share it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation; (d) scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission; or (e) impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any team, league, or venue.
The Service may display information sourced from third-party providers, including league and game data. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stadium Passport and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
