Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Bronze Pass is completely free and requires no payment information. Install the app, sign up, and start logging immediately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from within the app under Settings. Your visit history is always preserved regardless of tier.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays safe. If your subscription lapses, your account drops to Bronze access but your full visit history remains stored and accessible when you re-subscribe.
Is the $10 Gold Pass a one-time fee?
Gold is billed annually at $10/year. Silver is $5/year. Both auto-renew unless you cancel. You'll receive a reminder before any renewal charge.
