- Game visit data you log, such as stadium, seat, score, date, and personal notes.
- Photos you upload and attach to your stamps.
- Ticket images you upload for auto-import of visit details.
- Communications you send us, such as contact form messages or emails.
We also automatically collect limited technical information, such as device type, browser type, and general usage data, to operate and improve the Service.
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Create and manage your account and passport data.
- Process ticket scans and auto-fill visit details.
- Enable features like sharing a game memory with another user via a share code.
- Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
- Process payments for Silver and Gold plan subscriptions.
Your account and visit data are stored using Supabase, our backend database and authentication provider. We also use third-party sports data APIs to display league and game information, but this does not involve sharing your personal data with those providers.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information: with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as our hosting and database provider); when you use a sharing feature to send game data to another Stadium Passport user; or when required by law.
We retain your account and visit data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at thestadiumpassport@gmail.com.
We may use cookies or similar local storage technologies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences within the Service.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
